Mutemwa offers 5 stilted safari tents, each of which are situated on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. Each tent has a private deck with exclusive river views from which to enjoy the sunrises over the river, a private birding terrace or a place to take a breath and escape.

An exciting new chapter is underway at Mutemwa as we elevate the guest experience with brand-new, custom-designed safari tents — setting a new benchmark for comfort, space, and riverfront luxury.
Manufactured in South Africa, these high-grade tents feature a durable steel frame and insulated double-canvas walls for year-round comfort. We are expanding across both sides of the property to maximise our pristine frontage along the Zambezi River, with each tent positioned parallel to the river to capture uninterrupted panoramic views.
Spacious and thoughtfully designed, the tents will offer open-plan bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, and expansive windows with stack-back doors — allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the beauty, breeze, and sounds of the Zambezi.
